Workout fuel: Uh, I forgot to eat :-( Not smart
Breakfast: English muffin, ham, cheese, milk in coffee: 265 cals
Lunch: 1/2 chicken sandwich from Panera Bread (yum), low-fat chicken noodle soup: 475 cals
Exercise:
Run 1 hour (30 before cycling, 30 after)
Indoor cycling 1 hour
1000 calories burned
